Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CameFrom ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CameFrom.

CameFrom provides link attribution analytics for SaaS businesses. You install a tracking script on your website, connect your Stripe account, and use our dashboard to see which marketing links lead to signups and revenue. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One website per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.
• You may not share accounts or resell access without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use CameFrom for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law
• Track users without appropriate notice and consent where required
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service or other users
• Misrepresent attribution data or use the Service to defraud others
• Use the Service to collect sensitive data you are not permitted to process

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

You are solely responsible for how you use CameFrom and for compliance with laws applicable to your business, including privacy, marketing, and data protection regulations. You must implement the tracking script and identify calls correctly. We are not responsible for misconfigured integrations, incorrect attribution caused by your implementation, or decisions you make based on dashboard data.

Connecting your Stripe account is subject to Stripe's terms and Connect policies. CameFrom accesses payment event data read-only to provide attribution. We are not a payment processor for your customers — Stripe is. Disputes about your product charges are between you and your customers.

CameFrom Pro is billed at €100 per year or €12 per month after a 14-day free trial, depending on the plan you choose. By starting a trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime via Settings → Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

CameFrom Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or change of mind after a trial converts to a paid subscription.

Exceptions: we will issue a refund if the Service materially fails to perform as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you contact support. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question to support@camefrom.app. We review requests case by case. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ATTRIBUTION WILL BE 100% ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMEFROM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We are not liable for misuse of the Service by you or third parties, for business decisions you make based on analytics data, for Stripe outages, or for events outside our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CameFrom from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
